Kate is General Counsel for PrimeCare Medical. She oversees and coordinates the defense of inmate/patient lawsuits, all contractual and insurance issues, and supervises the Human Resources and Medical Records departments.  She also reviews, monitors and oversees the handling of all grievances and inmate/patient letters received, as well as other areas of potential risk. 

Kate obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biobehavioral Health from The Pennsylvania State University and earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Widener University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. Prior to assuming the position of General Counsel, Kate was a litigation attorney where she gained invaluable experience in counseling and representing individual and corporate clients, including PrimeCare Medical.
