Todd is Chief Operating Officer for PrimeCare Medical, Inc. He began his long-tenured career with PrimeCare Medical in 1999 as a Health Services Administrator, fulfilling the vital role of managing operations of the medical department and assuring proper administration of all health care services at the contracted facility.  In May 2006, Todd was promoted to Vice President of Operations, charging him with the management of both clinical and operational responsibilities for all PrimeCare Medical contracted facilities throughout the Northeastern United States.  

Todd earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Eastern University and is a Registered Nurse (RN).  He has acquired a wealth of clinical experience during his professional career, that includes telemetry, trauma, emergency medicine, surgical and medical intensive care, case management, correctional nursing, and health care management.  He has also achieved his Certified Correctional Health Professional (CCHP) certification from the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC). 

Throughout his tenure at PrimeCare Medical, Todd has been an essential part of Corporate Operations.  His critical thinking and ability to analyze from multiple perspectives, coupled with a strong clinical background working on the “front lines” in correctional settings, has enabled PrimeCare Medical to be at the forefront of correctional health care. 

As the COO, Todd remains steadfast in his commitment to ensuring clinically-sound treatment and care is being provided by medical and mental health personnel within every contracted facility.  He strives to build and maintain relationships with facility administration at all levels.
